I'm very impressed with the design of Github.com and will try to use it for my ThePythonGameBook project.

At the moment i uploaded the source code and data files for the pygame examples at github:

Github provides a download button letting users download automatic generated .tar.gz / .zip archives. Until now, i was too lazy to generate new archive files whenever i updated a single file.

At the moment, the source code as well as the necessary data files (binarys) for most pygame examles in ThePYthonGamBook are hosted on the projects DokuWiki system.

Maybe i can find an elegant way in Dokuwiki to embed the source code examples of ThePythonGameBook directly from Github.
